This is a huge reconversion project of the old ACEC fabrics and surroundings.
It covers an area of over 60 acres from Ghent Dampoort to Muide.
This large-scale project will provide in the coming years for a real Docklands in Ghent.
Some of the old buildings and facades will be integrated into new offices, homes and shoppingmalls.
